After inconsistent defensive showing by Dallas Mavericks they have settled down in last 2 home games holding opponents below 90 points, 40 points and now 4-0 when holding opponents under 90 points and 3-0 when holding opponents shooting below 40%. Detroit doing the Texas Shuffle knocking off the Rockets in the first leg, showing they still have the defense to go head to head with any defensive oriented team. I give the Mavericks the home edge with Pistons on back to back road game, but I also understand even if Pistons are off they can keep their opponents off too. Crunching the numbers I was looking at 183 and the line opened at 187. I was getting ready to hit the Under, but I stopped myself. I watched this Total get pounded Under and considered the argument for Over. By nature of Mavs style to explode is still there and Detroit offense is clearly shining this season. Mavs may have played possum against the Hawks, giving just enough to beat the weaker opponents. Look what happened whe...

Russian Hockey - Thu 11/17 This game will start 08:00 PST in my part of the world. Get your ass out of bed nice and early, login to your computer and get ready for a tight game between SKA St. Petersburg and Severstal Cherepovets. Although I am not a student of Russian Hockey I understand Cherepovets have the edge on power ranking and they are getting +0.5. This should be a 1-2 type of scoring match up. Severstal Cherepovets +0.5 at 1.862(W) (that's decimal pricing equal to -116)

Look to a trusted writer who covers the college football scene, Gregg Xenakes aka Mr. X GAME NOTES: The schedule makers have been waiting all season for this Western Athletic Conference showdown, and now the 20th-ranked Fresno State Bulldogs have the opportunity to show why they should be the most feared program in the league as they host the Boise State Broncos in a special Thursday night affair in California. Both schools began the 2005 campaign among the nation's best, but then fell off track and were knocked out of the rankings, with FSU managing to break back in thanks to a six-game win streak. Last Saturday night the Bulldogs moved to a perfect 5-0 in league play with a 45-7 thrashing of the visiting San Jose State Spartans, leaving their 37-34 setback to Oregon on the road during the middle of September as their only defeat. As for the Broncos, owners of the nation's longest home winning streak (30) as well as the longest conference winning streak (31), they opened this ...

From what I can see the Sharps love Clippers raising their performance. I can't argue with that. Mobley & Cassell providing plenty of punch, Brand & Kaman plugging the inside, Wilcox coming around. 2005~06 Clips look balanced and dangerous. Today the Clips can be had with +5 points at many books. LAC +5 (L) That one went down in flames. Monday Night Football. I know, I know, I don't do Football, but had to put this in. The sharp on this play is on 20-3 run in NFL ATS & Totals and undefeated on Monday Night games....I find that impressive. COLTS -3.5 (W) A local SoCal capper goes by the call name "G-Money" Now on 21-3 NFL run and perfect on Monday Night.

Regarding the Sports wagering picks I list on this Blog. These are picks made by others I find in the net or through friends or in a fortune cookie or whatever. The point is it's not mine, but I find the person's view interesting or maybe the person's on a hot streak. This blog's fell behind so I like to try to get some Good Plays posted and get this blog cooking. I will extend open invitation to this site for anybody interested in playing along and posting Good Plays. Send me a email and I will reply with RSVP for you to post as a team member.

Kan A. is a "Tout", a Service Capper who offers free and premium plays at procapper.com Interesting angles on his selection. Take Seattle Mariners Reason: The Mariners are 26-11 in road games versus excellent power teams - averaging 1.5 or more HR’s/game since 1997. The Rangers are 4-14 versus AL teams scoring 4.7 or less runs/game in the second half of the season this season. Seattle is 4-4 in its last eight games. Texas is 2-6 in its last eight games. The Mariners will take an early lead and prevail against the Rangers.
